Left:  We love Nik's knees too but I do think that the opposition
is taking it slighty too far as they take hold and refuse to let go,
using Chris and Liam as a handy cushion.

through proper warm up and warm down sessions before and
after each match. 'Very professional, they look really good' was
the comment heard from one of the other teams playing!
